Shrine Sportsmen Fishing Tournament
Harbor America is a proud sponsor of the Shrine Sportsmen Fishing Tournament benefiting Shrine Hospitals for children. Shriner’s Hospitals for Children provide the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment without regard to race, color, creed, sex or sect, disability, national origin or ability of a patient or family to pay.

Texas Music Throwdown
Harbor America has been the proud title sponsor of The Texas Music Throwdown (TMT) for six concecutive years and counting. TMT is a benefit concert held in honor of America’s wounded military veterans. 100% of the concert proceeds from this event are donated to Heroes on the Water. Heroes on the Water helps our Nation’s warriors and veterans from all branches of the United States military unwind using the therapeutic qualities of fishing from kayaks. What looks like a day trip of paddling and fishing is, in fact, something much deeper and long-lasting.

A Season for Sharing
Harbor America’s ‘A Season for Sharing’ Food Drive has just concluded. Our staff contributed five large bins of food and Doug Lowery, President and CEO of Harbor America, matched the five bins with a $500 cash contribution. We are pleased to help provide meals for many families during the holiday season! HAAM is a faith-based organization helping community residents in crisis by providing essential resources, enabling families to move towards self-reliance. Join us in assisting this awesome non-profit organization.
Kids' Meals Inc.
HR Charity
Kids’ Meals Inc. is a non-profit, community-based organization that prepares and delivers 2,700 healthy lunches, free of charge, to Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children, five days a week, year-round. The Human Resources Department at Harbor America had the pleasure of volunteering for this organization hosted at Memorial Presbyterian Church. The organization made over 3,200 lunches that day. It was a wonderful experience and we were so happy to be able to give back to the community by volunteering our time to help end childhood hunger.
